Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 5, 2015, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim by moving the victim C (V, 19 years of age) to his/her hand his/her right chest on the front side of his/her sublime high school located in the winter-dong of Gwangju Mine-gu, and committing an indecent act by force.
