A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On June 9, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 22:55, Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, C Sari-gu, Cheongwon-gu, and (b) sought to take a bath for, and attract, Adora-si to, son.

“Publicly insulting a police officer’s victim D, etc., who was dispatched upon receipt of the report 112, is deemed to have been sexually insulting before witness E, etc., such as bringing the police officer D, etc. to be “Magin and gent Paris.”
