On February 3, 2015, while under the influence of alcohol around 00:10, the Defendant driven a D Sti-type car from approximately 100 meters away from the road near the Rown-dong, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju to the Hangul Hospital's front road in the same Gu.
