Punishment of the crime

On April 22, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1,00,000 for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, and a fine of KRW 2,50,000 for the same crime in the same court on March 9, 2011, at least two times with the record of the crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act.

On March 19, 2014, at around 21:02, the Defendant driven a 1k section of approximately 00m from the roads near the Yandong Yandong Gandong from the roads near the Gandong Gandong Gan City to the roads in front of the Gandong Gandong Youth Education and Culture Center in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of 0.16%.
