1. Of the Plaintiff F’s lawsuit and the lawsuit of Plaintiff A, B, C, D, E, and G, the Defendant is the K of each school foundation of the educational foundation, I and J on March 29, 2012.

Basic Facts

A. The school juristic person K (the name of the school juristic person V was changed to K of the school juristic person on April 28, 2008 from the school juristic person V; hereinafter “instant school juristic person”) is established based on the property contributed by W and Plaintiff C for the purpose of providing secondary education based on the spirit of the classic personality by the Plaintiff dispatched to C as the foundation juristic person in Korea. The establishment was authorized on December 12, 1963. The school juristic person operated X high schools, Y high schools, Z high schools, and Amiddle schools under its control.

B. The Defendant’s special audit conducted by the Office of Education from April 19, 199 to May 4, 199, on the ground that the educational foundation of this case neglected to perform its duties, such as generating loans worth approximately KRW 19.7 billion in the process of moving X high schools from AB in Busan-gu, Busan-gu to ACC without permission from the supervisory authority, and thus, the Defendant was dismissed on May 31, 199, pursuant to Article 20-2(1) of the former Private School Act (amended by Act No. 7802 of Dec. 29, 2005) from the date of the Plaintiff’s dismissal from office on September 14, 1994 (excluding the Plaintiff’s replacement on September 14, 1994), and Plaintiff 1 was dismissed on September 19, 197, and Plaintiff 2 was dismissed from office on September 19, 197.

3) On June 1, 1999, the Defendant appointed seven persons, including AF, etc., as temporary directors of the instant school juristic person for the normalization of the instant school juristic person, and on June 12, 2001, seven persons, including AG, etc., were appointed as temporary directors of the instant school juristic person (hereinafter “the second temporary board of directors”).
