Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant G is a person who operates a city farm from Kim Jong-si to Kim Jong-si, and is selected as a subsidized business operator of "the projects for modernization of high quality spawn production facilities in 2013."

D is a person who operates a Ma and N-do farm in Kim Jong-si, and is selected as a subsidiary business operator of "the business of modernization of high quality Posito Production Facilities in 2013" and "the business of modernization of high quality Posito Production Facilities in 2014."

Defendant B and Defendant G’s joint criminal act together with the Defendants completed the construction work of U at KRW 25,570,00 from the above Q Q to the farm as part of the above subsidized project, and Defendant G paid KRW 12,785,00,00, which is the part of the self-responsibility, to the above Q.
