Punishment of the crime

1. On June 2, 2013, around 04:17, Defendant A, at the front of the Paris E store located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, Defendant: (a) stolen 30 plastic stuffs, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 9,000, 99,000 in front of the said store; (b) loaded 1 ton, carrying them in freezing vehicles.

From March 3, 2013 to June 2, 2013, the Defendant stolen 2,880 plastic boxes equivalent to KRW 9,504,00,00 from Yeonsu-gu to 83 times in total, as indicated in the list of offenses in attached Table (1).

2. Defendant B is a person who operates a secondhand prize with the trade name of H from Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City G.

On March 24, 2013, at around 10:00, the Defendant purchased 180 plastic stuffs, which he stolen from A, as in the preceding paragraph, from the above secondhand property.

In such cases, the defendant, who is engaged in the physical business, has a duty of care to verify whether he/she is stolen by checking the personal information, etc. of A, while he/she has a duty of care to verify the acquisition process of plastic gambling, the motive for the sale, and the price suitable for the transaction price.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, while neglecting such care, purchased 180 plastic stuffs in 118,800 won by negligence and acquired stolen goods.

The Defendant purchased plastic gambling 2,730 (5,460 g) from the world to May 31, 2013 in total at 1,801,80 won and acquired stolen goods from the world, as described in the attached list of crimes (2) between March 3, 2013 and May 31, 2013.
