Punishment of the crime

around 21:20 on August 30, 2020, the Defendant driven a motor bicycle, which was not covered by mandatory insurance without a motorcycle driver's license, from around 500 meters away from the front road of the Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, to the front road of the Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, to around 300 meters.

1. Around 03:15 September 17, 2020, the Defendant driven a FCA 1105 motorcycle without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license from the front side of the Suwon-si, Suwon-si to the front side of the street of the 920-gu office building in the front side of the same Gu.

2. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any automobile on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated the motor bicycle stated in the above Paragraph 1, which was owned by the Defendant, at the time and place of the above Paragraph 1.
