1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 298,109,776 won and 5% per annum from September 8, 2012 to May 29, 2015.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is a person who operates a golf practice range (hereinafter “instant golf practice range”) after completing business registration with the name of “C” in the racing city B.
