1. The reasoning of the judgment of this court citing the judgment of the court of first instance is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance except for the following additional parts (except for the part on the claim against Defendant H), and such part is cited in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

2. The grounds for appeal added by this court (1) are the grounds for appeal of this case.
