1. The plaintiff A:

A. As to the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet No. 1, Defendant C Co., Ltd. shall receive on October 2, 2015.

Plaintiff

On May 22, 2015, A acquired the first automobile (the first automobile registration number was H, and the first automobile registration number was changed to I on October 2, 2015; hereinafter referred to as “first automobile”), and the Plaintiff B acquired the second automobile listed in the separate sheet on September 15, 2015 (hereinafter referred to as “second automobile”).

Plaintiff

A around July 2015, and around September 2015, Plaintiff B issued a certificate of personal seal impression and the registration certificate and key of each of the instant automobiles to J.

J issued K a certificate of the above personal seal impression, and K issued it to L.

Defendant D purchased each of the instant automobiles from L on October 1, 2015, and completed the registration of transfer of ownership in Defendant D’s name with respect to the instant automobile No. 1, and Defendant G’s name with respect to the instant automobile No. 2.

Defendant C (hereinafter “Defendant C”) purchased the instant first vehicle from Defendant D on October 2, 2015, and completed the ownership transfer registration under Defendant C’s name.

Defendant F Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant F”) purchased the instant 2 motor vehicle from Defendant D on October 2, 2015, and completed the ownership transfer registration in the name of Defendant F, and Defendant F purchased the said motor vehicle from Defendant F on October 19, 2015 and completed the ownership transfer registration in the name of Defendant E.

[Ground of recognition] A without any dispute, each entry of Gap's 1 through 3, 6 through 8, 13, 16 through 18 (including each number of partial headings), and each transfer of ownership in the name of the defendants as to each of the parties' claims in the purport of the whole pleadings against the plaintiffs, shall be cancelled since each transfer of ownership in the name of the parties to the lawsuit in this case was registered in sequence based on the certificate of vehicle transfer forged by J, K, etc., and each of the above automobiles shall be delivered to the plaintiffs who are owners.

The Plaintiffs asserted by Defendant C, D, E, and F grant J the power to sell each of the instant vehicles or provide collateral.
