Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A, from October 2, 2012 to October 10, 2014, was in office as the representative director of Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si E-A-805 (State) and was in general in charge of the operation of “F”, a web website.

The members of the above F shall enter into a license agreement with the copyright holder of Japan from October 10, 2008 to January 27, 2015, as shown in the list of crimes attached hereto, and have other members download the above 396 amount of an animation, which is a work of G companies holding the right to exclusively and exclusively distribute copyrighted works via the Internet in the Republic of Korea, over 396 times in total.

The Defendant, from October 2, 2012 to November 10, 2014, via web server 20, database 10 points (storage capacity 2,00TB), network 2 lines (large 180Mps) and other equipment, manages approximately 9 million members affiliated with the above F website; and where members download an animation file, in order to maximize profits by collecting profits in proportion to the download volume or a fixed amount of using the said animation, the Defendant, as well as the Defendant, by directly searching for the said animation work under the name of the members on the screen on which members can easily find the said animation work, or by separately inspecting works provided by members from the list of storage spaces, leading members to save 10% of the total amount of 30,000 won and then assigned more than 10% of the total amount of 30,000 won to members free of permission.
