A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

The seized evidence Nos. 1 through 14 shall be returned to the person who has lost the name of the victim.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a thief who had been working for approximately three weeks at the D convenience store operated by the victim C in Gwangju City.

On October 26, 2019, the Defendant, at the above D convenience store around 03:00, put approximately KRW 2,470,000 of the cash owned by the victim in the bags prepared in advance, and stolen approximately KRW 1,50,000 of the cultural products right, approximately KRW 30,000 of the tobacco, electronic cigarette, and approximately KRW 10,000 of the daily necessities in the shopping bags located within convenience store.

2. On November 29, 2019, the Defendant: (a) intruded into a warehouse on the first floor underground of the Fridge located in Gwangju-si, Gwangju-si; (b) Foreign Subdivision 18 (Chapter 6, Chapter 6, Chapter 4, Chapter 7, Chapter 7, Chapter 7, Chapter 1, Chapter 7, 1, etc. of the Republic of Korea), one half of which was in possession of the victim’s name and was cut off.
