1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a law firm that specializes in and provides legal services, such as litigation and legal advice. 2) The Defendants were indicted for violating the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Tax) and sentenced Defendant B to three years of imprisonment and fine 7,900,000,000 won in the Suwon District Court case No. 2015-165, August 23, 2013, Defendant B delegated the Plaintiff with the title of the Seoul High Court case No. 2013No2810 (hereinafter “instant appellate court”). Defendant C was sentenced to three years of imprisonment and fine 2,200,000,000 won to the Plaintiff, which is the said appellate court and the appellate court judgment (hereinafter “instant appellate court”). After having been sentenced to the said appellate court and the appellate court, Defendant C delegated the Plaintiff each of the defense of the instant Supreme Court case No. 2015Do1504 (hereinafter “instant appellate court”).

B. On October 25, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into the instant delegation contract and the instant delegation contract with the Defendants for the instant appellate case (hereinafter “instant delegation contract”) with the Defendants on October 25, 2013.

(2) On February 25, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a delegation contract with Defendant C on the instant appellate case (hereinafter “instant delegation contract”) with Defendant C (hereinafter “instant appellate case”). The specific contents are as follows: “The Defendant paid KRW 16,500,000, respectively, to the Plaintiff as the retainer fee; KRW 77,000,000 (including additional tax) when the Defendant rendered a judgment of innocence; and KRW 55,000,000 (including additional tax) when a judgment of not guilty is rendered, respectively, when a sentence of suspended execution is rendered; and the Plaintiff entered into a delegation contract with Defendant C on the instant appellate case with Defendant C (hereinafter “instant delegation contract”). The Plaintiff’s specific contents are as follows: “The Defendant C shall pay the Plaintiff the retainer fee of KRW 5,500,000 (including additional tax); the Defendant’s appeal of KRW 5,500,000 (including the Plaintiff’s final appeal); the Defendant’s reimbursement of KRW 100,000 (including the Plaintiff).
