Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 11, 2016, the Defendant purchased marijuana amounting to KRW 1.65 million in contact with the hemp seller F at his/her residence located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, 102 Dong 908, and transferred it to his/her account (bank G in Korea). Since then on December 17, 201, the Defendant purchased it by receiving approximately 11g of marijuana from F at the front of the domicile of the F in Seoul, Gangnam-gu H and 303, and in the same manner, purchased approximately KRW 126g of the total price of marijuana over 12 times, such as the daily list of crimes in attached Form 1, by December 8, 2017.

2. On October 1, 2016, the Defendant smoked 6 g of marijuana totaling 12 g of marijuana, as shown in the preceding paragraph, from among marijuana purchased at the toilets located in the same port as above on the same day, in a way of smoking in a way of smoking in the way of a smoke emitting approximately 0.5g g of marijuana with a string of tobacco paper, in a way of riding with a string through a string with a string, and in the same way, until December 8, 2017 by the same method, as the 2nd day of the Crimes List No. 2, 2017.
