1. The Defendant terminated the consignment management contract on June 14, 2019 with respect to the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff.

On June 8, 2017, the Plaintiff entered into an entrustment management contract with the Defendant on the motor vehicle stated in the separate sheet, and on June 14, 2019, the above consignment management contract was terminated on the ground of the Defendant’s failure to perform his/her duty of payment, such as temporary admission fees.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to accept the transfer registration procedure from the plaintiff on the motor vehicle stated in the attached list due to the termination of the above entrustment management contract.
