Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On August 12, 2012, at around 18:45, the Defendant was urged to return home from the police officer C who was called out after receiving a report of 112 that he was going to go home in front of Mapo-gu Seoul, Mapo-gu, Seoul, and obstructed the police officer’s legitimate report, delivery, and overall affairs by committing violence, such as: (a) assaulting the chest of C, who would be able to take a bath and fright to go home; (b) assaulting the chest of C, who would be able to bring about drinking; and (c) cutting down the slope D’s rank that prevents him from drinking once.
