The defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100.

Punishment of the crime

On November 24, 2014, the defendant prepared a false complaint with respect to C at the public service center of the Chuncheon District Public Prosecutor's Office located in the Dong-dong, Dong-dong, 1798, and at the public service center of the Chuncheon Public Prosecutor's Office.

The gist of the accusation was that “Defendant C signed a loan contract without the complainant’s permission at the original point of the LA and borrowed KRW 5 million at the original point of the LA.” On December 10, 2014, the Defendant continued to appear at the original police station investigation and the 3st team office of the economy, and “Defendant C, at the original branch of the original State, was present on May 18, 201, to the members of the loan transaction contract form “A”, “D”, “in the resident registration number column,” “D”, and “the employees of the address column” without the complainant’s permission. As such, the loan limit column was “5 million won”, “the date of May 18, 2011”, “the date of the contract formation,” and “the above fact that C received a forged loan contract form from May 18, 2014,” and “the above fact that C was made under the name of Defendant C’s use of the above forged loan contract form.”

Nevertheless, around November 24, 2014, the Defendant submitted a written complaint to an employee in charge of the above civil petition office, who is unable to know his/her name, and on December 10, 2014, made the above statement to supplement the complaint.

As a result, the defendant was arrested for the purpose of having C receive criminal punishment.
