Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 27, 2016, at around 22:02, the Defendant driven a B-learning car under the influence of alcohol by 0.093% in the 2km section from the front of the Go-dong community service center in order to the luxurian road, which is located in the Sindo-dong, Mando-dong in order to ensure that the Defendant is under the influence of alcohol.
