1. Basic facts

A. On April 5, 2016, Defendant C acquired each of the instant real estate, which was used as a childcare center through the auction procedure.

As to each of the instant real estate on the same day, Defendant C entered into a real estate security trust agreement with the truster to Defendant C, the trustee to Defendant B, and the beneficiary to the Defendant Association, and completed the trust registration in the name of Defendant B regarding the relevant real estate.

D. On June 29, 2017, the remainder of KRW 700,000,000,000 for installment payments of KRW 115,000,000 on May 29, 2017, and KRW 550,000 for intermediate payments of KRW 90,000 on July 31, 2017, the remainder of KRW 50,000,000 on July 31, 2018; KRW 66,000,000 on KRW 1.5 million on January 31, 2018; KRW 2.75 billion on June 7, 2017; KRW 1.5 million on June 29, 201; KRW 1.75 billion on the remainder of KRW 7,500,000,000 on the remainder of KRW 1.75 billion on June 29, 2017; and

Defendant C decided to sell each of the instant real estate to the Plaintiff on May 29, 2017, and delivered each of the instant real estate to the Plaintiff on June 1, 2017.
