Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall intrude into an information and communications network without access authority or beyond permitted access authority.

Nevertheless, from August 27, 2014 to around 02:04 of the following day, the Defendant connected the victim D's NA account (E) with the victim D's NA account that became known in the first floor CPC room in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City from August 27, 2014 and invaded the information and communications network without legitimate authority.
