1. The Defendants jointly pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,000,000 and the interest rate thereon from July 30, 2016 to the date of full payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 4, the plaintiff lent KRW 50,000,000 to defendant B on March 2, 2012 as interest rate of KRW 24% (payment on March 30) and March 2, 2014 on the repayment date. The defendant C may recognize the fact that the plaintiff guaranteed the defendant B's above loan obligation against the plaintiff on the same day, and the plaintiff paid interest until the end of June 2016.

Therefore, the Defendants are jointly obligated to pay the Plaintiff the principal amounting to KRW 50,000,000 and the interest rate of KRW 24% per annum pursuant to the agreement from July 30, 2016 to the date of full payment, as the Plaintiff seeks.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
