1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 25,300,000 and the interest rate thereon from November 11, 2016 to the date of full payment.

1. On January 6, 2010, the Plaintiff entered into an agreement with the Defendant B to pay KRW 33,300,000 to the Plaintiff as damages with respect to the case of Kubu Government District Court 2009No2767, such as special larceny, etc., and at the time, the Defendant C provided joint and several surety.

The plaintiff was paid KRW 8 million from the defendant B at the time of the preparation of the above agreement, but the remaining amount was not paid.

Therefore, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff the balance of KRW 25.3 million and damages for delay.
