Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Facts】

1. Around 22:00 on April 23, 2015, the Defendant got the victim out of the ward by pushing the victim D (the age of 89) on the ground that the victim D (the age of 89) who is gathering to kill and drink drugs at his own house located in Masung-gun C, Masung-gun, Masung-gun, was living together.

B. Around January 13, 2015, the Defendant assaulted the victim, who was a lineal ascendant, on the ground that the victim under paragraph (1) does not drink alcohol, on the ground that he/she did not drink alcohol at night around January 13, 2015.
