Criminal facts

The defendant is a person who is engaged in the Do gold business with the trade name "C" in Daegu Northern-gu B and is licensed to use hazardous chemicals by the head of the Daegu regional environmental office.

From July 1, 2019 to September 23, 2019, the Defendant did not check the manufacturing-using facilities and indoor storage facilities, which are hazardous chemical handling facilities, in the relevant place of business.

B. From May 18, 2018 to September 23, 2019, the Defendant did not put a label on hazardous chemicals at any place easily visible from outside, such as the entrance of the said place of business, the boundary of the site, etc.
