Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of the Cactros cargo vehicle.

On January 9, 2014, the Defendant driven the above cargo vehicle on the 16:26th of January, 2014, and proceeded ahead of the road D located in Daegu-gu, at the right speed from the west to the lower right.

Since there is a narrow road and the cargo vehicle operated by the defendant is of a large size, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to check and drive the course safety by properly examining the front left.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and neglected to take the electric telegrams owned by the Korea Electric Power Corporation, which was established at a certain point, into the right side of the freight vehicle for the Defendant’s driver, and caused the danger of using the electric telegrams which was destroyed for a lower time.

As a result, the Defendant, by occupational negligence, destroyed the utility pole, and escaped without immediately stopping and taking necessary measures, so that the amount equivalent to KRW 1,504,489 is equivalent to the repair cost.

1. A traffic accident occurrence report and a traffic accident actual condition investigation report;

1. An investigation report (with respect to vehicles first between them in E, verification of a vehicle used for the purpose of use and attaching photographs thereto, and attaching a photo of the utility pole destroyed and a quotation);

1. Investigation report (with respect to the period of video recording storage of CCTV as to the attachment of photographs of the place of accident, traffic volume on roads, whether road drivers pass or not, and the background leading up to the discovery of damage to electric poles);

1. Application of CCTV image data CD-related Acts and subordinate statutes;

The following circumstances revealed by the pertinent Article of the Act on Criminal Facts, Articles 148 and 54(1) of the Road Traffic Act, the selection of fines, and the evidence revealed prior to the selection of fines, namely, only when the vehicle of the defendant passes through the vehicle of the defendant among the vehicles passing through the electric telegrams from the date the case occurred after the date E occurs, the shock of CCTV is confirmed, and the defendant, as acknowledged by himself, knew that the electric telegrams of this case was shocked at the time of the occurrence of the case, as recognized by himself, even though he was aware of it
