1. Basic facts

A. Defendant Cooperative is an organization established for the purpose of promoting the development of private taxi transport business and the common interests of its members, consisting of persons who have obtained a private taxi business license in Daegu Metropolitan City, and the Plaintiff is a member of the Defendant Cooperative as a representative.

B. The Defendant Union has a general meeting, a board of representatives, and a board of directors in accordance with its articles of association (Article 12). The Defendant Union has a decision-making institution for the operation of the LPG charging station, a profit-making business for the mutual aid and welfare of its members (Article 5 subparag. 8 and Article 47(1)).

C. From January 1, 2013 to July 21, 2016, the Defendant Union held each board of directors, charging committee, and board of representatives listed in the separate sheet No. 1, and each of the minutes has been prepared in accordance with the articles of association and internal regulations.

The purpose of perusal (duplicating)
