Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 24, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Busan District Court on May 24, 2013, and the judgment became final and conclusive on September 24, 2013.

B: (a) On January 23, 2013, the facts charged that “the Defendant conspireds with the Defendant and carried 2166.07 grams into the Republic of Korea,” was prosecuted on January 23, 2013 by Busan District Court; (b) upon the Defendant’s request, the Defendant brought in the Republic of Korea, and only brought in the Republic of Korea, and the fact that the scopon was contained in the scopon was entirely different; and (c) the Busan District Court was pending in the trial as a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc., Act
