1. Defendant B corporation: 5% per annum from January 25, 2019 to March 22, 2019 to KRW 74,264,051 to the Plaintiff.

1. Determination on the claim against Defendant Private Teaching Institutes

A. Basic facts 1) The Plaintiff is a legal entity established pursuant to Article 15 of the Act on the Prevention of and Compensation for Accidents at School (hereinafter “School Safety Act”), and a school safety mutual aid business entity to which Chigh School Head has entered.

B) The Defendant travel agent is a travel agent who entered into the instant travel contract with the Defendant’s Private Teaching Institutes as set out in paragraph (2) below.

2) On February 24, 2012, the Chigh school principal awarded an order for the 33-party travel service contract (31 students and 2 teachers) on March 8, 2012 to open a bid, and the Defendant travel agent was selected as a successful bidder. Accordingly, the Defendant travel agent entered into a travel contract with the said school and the Defendant travel agent on March 8, 2012 as 33 persons of travel (31 students and 2 teachers) and the period from March 26, 2012 to March 31, 2012 (6 days of gambling). The main contents are as follows:

(hereinafter referred to as “instant travel contract”). Article 3 (Duties) of the Special Conditions of the service contract (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant travelr”) shall faithfully perform the contract in accordance with the detailed schedule to which A (Chigh Schools) has accepted all matters, such as reservations and reservations, guidance of travel, accommodation, provision of meals, transportation, etc., necessary for conducting travel abroad delegated by A (C High Schools).

Article 4 (Facilities) (1) Accommodations for accommodation shall be determined as safety facilities, general hotel first class, or other accommodation facilities equivalent thereto, where facilities for safety and hygiene are well installed.

(2) A lodging establishment shall be a single hotel in which all tour teams can accommodation.

(3) A hotel bed shall be based on two persons per room in accordance with a schedule.

4. The above hotel shall be located far from the place within one hour in the visiting area, and shall be equipped with cooling and heating facilities, and shall be fully provided with at least one person for bedclothes and beeclothes.

Article 10 (Implementation and Change of Travel Hours) (2) The travel schedule and contents approved by A shall not be changed unless there is any unavoidable reason.

(3) A change is made due to extenuating circumstances.
