A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around November 22, 2014, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driven a DW car without a driver’s license from around 4 km to the front of the west-gu Incheon Western-dong, Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, at around 22:20 on November 18, 2014.

2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (AD) and the Road Traffic Act (U.S.A.) are those engaged in driving EMW automobiles;

On November 18, 2014, the Defendant driven the above car at around 22:20 on November 18, 2014, and proceeded with the road of the second line of the F gallebled line in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, with the 50km speed from the mix of the public village distance to the etern Hospital.

At the time, there was a crosswalk at which signal lights are installed at night and at the front door of the defendant, so in such a case, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by accurately manipulating the traffic situation of the driver, and by accurately manipulating the steering gear.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to stop, and discovered and temporarily stopped the H-cracked car of the victim G(20 years old) which was sent and temporarily stopped at the front side of the Defendant, but did not reach this, and received the part of the above BMW passenger car as the front part of the said BM passenger car.

As a result, the Defendant suffered from the victim’s salt, tension, etc. in need of medical treatment for about three weeks due to occupational negligence as above, and, at the same time, did not immediately stop the damaged vehicle so that it can be seen as KRW 9,696,260 of repair cost, and escape without taking measures, such as providing relief to the victim.
