[Criminal Power] On November 25, 2016, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1,500,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Daegu District Court racing support.

【Criminal Facts】

On December 9, 2019, at around 19:37, the Defendant driven a DNA car with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.090%, from the underground parking lot of the apartment of the Si-si, the Defendant from around 100 meters to the roads in front of the above apartment C-dong.

Accordingly, the defendant violated the Road Traffic Act's prohibition of drinking driving more than twice.
