A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for six months and by imprisonment for ten months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2014 Highest 1658]
1. On October 27, 2014, at around 01:50 on the front side of Pyeongtaek-si C, Defendant A, after receiving a report from 112 that two male men walked on the front side of the D-si, Defendant A used the front side of the said F in order to stop the Defendant from walking at one time at the right side of the said F.
Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the dispatch duty of the police officer 112 report.
2. Defendant B, at the date, time, and place indicated in the preceding paragraph, arrested Defendant B as an offender in the crime of obstruction of performance of official duties, and arrested Defendant B as an offender in the crime of obstruction of performance of official duties, Dac to G, which means that “n't they are arrested on the hand, and you have the right to do so,” and assaulted Defendant B, by taking the arms of the above G, with the hand, the left hand hand of the said G, and then cutting down the back.
Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the arrest of a flagrant offender by a police officer.

2. On December 21, 2014, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 05:30% of the blood alcohol level on December 21, 2014, driven the said low-speed car at a section of approximately 100 meters from the front of the entrance of the driving market in Pyeongtaek-si and the front of the road in front of the same city-dong 53-10 U.S. Do-dong Do-dong Do-dong 100 meters.

1. Around 02:16 January 20, 2015, the Defendant driven a H low-speed vehicle under the influence of blood alcohol concentration of 0.363% at a section of approximately 500 meters from the front distance of the bank apartment located in Pyeongtaek-dong, Pyeongtaek-si.
