Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

A. The Defendant, in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, is engaged in driving of multi-user vehicles.

On May 23, 2017, the Defendant driven the above vehicle while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.128% (the above dmark official application) during the blood transfusion around 10:50 on May 23, 2017, and proceeded with three lanes in front of the 25-lane integrated sports ground as the Seoul Songpa-gu Olympic Games at a superscopic speed in the direction of the sports complex.

In such cases, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle shall not drive a motor vehicle in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, and has a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by safely driving the motor vehicle, such as reporting the traffic situation well, accurately manipulating the steering gear, etc.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and neglected to stop and proceed at the front, and neglected the part of the victim D(33 years, south) who was waiting in the signal waiting in the same direction, brought about the front part of the damaged vehicle in front of the victim FF(60 years, south) with the front part of the damaged vehicle, and contacted the victim FF(60 years, south) with the front part of the damaged vehicle.

As a result, the Defendant suffered, by negligence in the course of performing his duties, from the victim D (33 Do, South Korea) with a scarcity, scarcity, scarlet bed, and two scarcitys, and from the victim H (40 Do, female) who was in the victim F and the chief Justice H (40 Do, female) with approximately two weeks of the need to receive approximately two weeks of treatment.

B. On the 85-4-gil-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Seoul, the road traffic violation (drinking driving) of the Road Traffic Act: (a) around 3km-based 0.128% (official application of the aforementioned dmark) of alcohol content in blood while under the influence of alcohol at the location of the 17-4-gil-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul, the point where the road accident occurred on the 85-gil-dong, Songpa-gu, Songpa-gu, Seoul.
