Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a sports center in the name of "Csports center" in the Gu-si B, and a person who intends to operate a sports facility business shall prepare the facilities required by the Act and report it to the head of the Si/Gun/Gu.

Nevertheless, between March 23, 2012 and April 7, 2014, the Defendant did not report to the Government Mayor in the above place, and received KRW 30,000 per member month and operated the Sports Center.
