Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On July 19, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor for night building intrusion, larceny, etc. at the Daegu District Court on July 19, 2012 and the said judgment became final and conclusive on December 20, 2012.

The defendant of "2012 Highly 3921" is a member of the local reserve forces belonging to Daegu-gu B, Daegu-gu.

On February 2, 2011, the Defendant moved his residence from Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu, to a Buddhist land lower than D in the Gu-U.S. City.

In such cases, the homeland reserve forces shall report the relocation of their residence to the competent Dong office.

Nevertheless, the Defendant failed to report the relocation of his/her place of residence in order to prevent issuance of the notice of convening the training of homeland reserve forces without justifiable grounds, and thereby cancelled the resident registration on April 5, 201.

The Defendant, as a member of the homeland reserve forces, moved from the Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu to the same sub-substation, around September 201, to the same sub-substation.

In such cases, the homeland reserve forces shall report the relocation of their residence to the competent Dong office.

Nevertheless, on January 20, 2012, the Defendant failed to report the relocation of the place of residence in order to prevent the delivery of the notice of convening the training of homeland reserve forces without justifiable grounds, and thereby cancelled the resident registration.
