A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 16, 2018, the Defendant, around 05:20 on May 16, 2018, driven a bowling MZ car with approximately 75 meters alcohol concentration of 0.172% while under the influence of alcohol while under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver's license from around 1040-4 of the Suwon-si transfer-on 1040-11 of the Suwon-si transfer-on 1041-11.

The Defendant driven a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol on March 12, 2015 (an order of KRW 3 million issued by the Daejeon District Court on June 4, 2015), driven a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol on May 16, 2018 (an action of KRW 2018 highest 2746, May 24, 2018), and operated a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol on at least two occasions (an action of prosecution by the Suwon District Court on May 24, 2018), Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act.

On May 20, 2018, at around 00:0, the Defendant driven Cing MZ car with a alcohol concentration of at least 0.129% while under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver’s license from the front road of approximately 100 meters in front of the water viewing public parking lot located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si.

As a result, the defendant violated the prohibition of drinking at least twice, and once again drives a motor vehicle without a driver's license in violation of the above provision.
