Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 12,000,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 19, 2020, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (after-accidents), driving a BMW320i vehicle around 02:47 on March 19, 202, and driving a two-lane between the three-lanes of BMW320i vehicle in the direction of the north-gu office distance from the north-gu office distance.

2. On March 19, 2020, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol level of 0.188% in blood, and around March 19, 2020, the Defendant driven BMW320i car volume from the river near the Gangseo-gu Seoul Northerndong to the roads near the Seoul Northernbuk-gu C.
