Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted, the lower court was justifiable to have determined that each of the facts charged in the instant case was guilty on the grounds stated in its reasoning.

In so doing, there were no errors by exceeding the bounds of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal principles on the degree of proof necessary for conviction in the crime requiring bribe, the relationship between the act of good offices and the money received in the crime of good offices, and the relationship between duties in the crime of receiving bribe.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
