Defendant
A is the well-knownness of “M death” L in Sejong, and Defendant B, Defendant C, Defendant D, Defendant E, Defendant F, Defendant G, Defendant H, Defendant I, Defendant J, Defendant J, and Defendant K are the believers of “M death.”
The Defendants were willing to interfere with the progress of victim P Co., Ltd. conducting road works in the above section on the ground that part of the land of M Co., Ltd is incorporated into two sections of the NF (O road construction work 7.86 km) ordered by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, and the entrance of M Co., Ltd. was constructed.
1.
