The indication of claims: The registration of creation of a neighboring mortgage was completed on the land indicated in the order of the name of the deceased, but the secured debt became invalid by the prescription on July 8, 2002, on the ground that the mortgage became invalid by the lapse of the prescription on the land indicated in the order of the plaintiff's ownership, seeking the cancellation of the registration of creation of a neighboring mortgage on each inherited share of the above land against the defendants,
