Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the victim B (the age of 41) are legal married couples.

On June 9, 2019, around 08:30 on June 9, 2019, the Defendant committed assault against the victim, such as breaking the shoulder part of the victim by pushing the shoulder part of the victim with his/her finger hand, cutting down the part of the victim's arms with his/her hand, and cutting down the part of the victim's arms.
