Punishment of the crime

From around 2009, the Defendant operated the E farm located in Ma in Hasung City, and raised el cream at this point.

No person shall receive any subsidy or indirect subsidy by false application or by other unlawful means.

On August 26, 2011, the Defendant: (a) entered the Defendant’s farm of approximately 23 days, which was mooring around H 23 days at the I farm in Ischeon-si, through F engaging in the business of distributing breasts around August 26, 201; (b) the said I farm was a place where an order for restriction on movement was issued from June 3, 201 to November 16 of the same year on the ground that the breasts located therein were slaughtered due to tuberculosis that is a Class 1 contagious animal disease.

Accordingly, the Defendant received indirect subsidies by illegal means.
