A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The defendant shall be liable to the applicant B for the compensation of KRW 7,400,000, and the compensation shall be the applicant.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant of “2020 Godan 215” is the president of Kwikset Service Company in the Republic of Korea, and the employees of the company lend KRW 1.5 million as medical expenses are required due to the accident, within the “E” operated by the victim B in Skset on August 31, 2019.

However, in fact, the Defendant was not the president of Kwikset Service Company, but the delivery personnel of Kwikset Service Company “F”, and the employees of the Company did not need to pay the money to the victim in excess of the obligation, and there was no intention or ability to pay the borrowed money normally.

Defendant deceiving the victim as above and received 1,500,000 won in cash from the injured party from the said victim, and acquired the money by obtaining a total of KRW 9,100,000 in cash from the injured party at the same place on seven occasions from October 8, 2019, as shown in the following table.
