Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The defendant is a company that carries on sirens business on water purifiers, clean water purifiers, etc.
I served as the defendant's salesperson, died on June 26, 2016.
Plaintiff
A is the husband of I, and the plaintiff B is the father of I.
B. The Defendant, through I, entered into a siren contract with each person listed in the “party to the contract” as the contractual party on each date indicated in the “establishment (contract) date” column as shown in the separate sheet Nos. 1 through 10, 12 through 18, and supplied each of the above items on the same day. As to each siren contract listed in the separate sheet No. 2, 3, 5, 13, 17, and 18 in the separate sheet No. 2, 5, 17, and 18, the Defendant entered into a siren transfer and takeover contract with the Plaintiff A as the assignee on each date indicated in the “acquisition date” column.
In addition, on July 30, 201, as shown in the [Attachment I] No. 11] No. 11, the Defendant entered into a siren agreement with the Plaintiff A as a contracting party and supplied the same day on the same day.
The Defendant, through I, entered into a siren agreement with the Plaintiff B as the contractor for each item described in the “product name” column as to each item described in the “product name” column as the contract date set out in the [Attachment II] column, and supplied each item on the same day on the same day.
The plaintiffs (hereinafter referred to as "each of the contracts of this case") are written contracts written in Schedule I, II.
Plaintiff
With respect to A’s nominal contract, as described in the “total amount of unpaid” column in attached Table Ⅱ, each unpaid rental fee remains as described in the “total amount of unpaid payment” column in attached Table Ⅱ with respect to Plaintiff’s nominal contract. D.
Plaintiff
A is the assignee of the Plaintiff among the respective sirens contracts listed in attached Form I, in which the contracting party or transferee is the contracting party or transferee.
