A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On March 21, 2017, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1 million as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Gangseo branch court of the Chuncheon District Court.

On August 27, 2019, at around 21:03, the Defendant driven a Fchier car under the influence of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 920 meters from the front road of the “C” located in the Gangwon Iron Group B, to the entrance three-distance road of the Ebridge located in the same Gun D.

Accordingly, the defendant was driving a motor vehicle in violation of the prohibition of drinking driving more than twice.
