The defendant shall pay 3 billion won to the applicant for compensation by fraud.

Punishment of the crime

On July 2014, the Defendant, who refers to the president of the Foundation, etc., and expressed friendship with the social guidance floor, such as the Financial Supervisory Service and the National Tax Service, was able to participate in so-called underground fund fostering work, such as washing money by depositing and withdrawing underground funds, when there is a passbook with the balance of KRW 10 billion, and was able to obtain money from the provider of the passbook.

On July 28, 2014, the Defendant became aware of the fact that there was a passbook in which KRW 3 billion has been deposited to the victim only at the coffee shop where it is impossible to find out the trade name in the nearest area of the Salydong, Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

The Defendant suggested that the victim’s work of raising underground funds was defective in the process of raising underground funds through the head of the Tong, and that the victim’s seal impression, resident registration, identification card copy, and copy of the passbook were returned to the victim on August 1, 2014, the Defendant made a false statement that “it is no longer possible to proceed with the work on the ground that the person who works with a thickness falls short of the balance of the head of the passbook and can not participate in the work of raising underground funds known to the large number of persons whose names are too large.”

On August 3, 2014, the Defendant again made a false statement to the victim at the coffee shop, where the trade name in the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Seocho-gu shift service is unknown, that “from now to now deposit KRW 10 billion with the passbook in the name of the head of the Tong and try to work as the head of the passbook. A person who may deposit KRW 7 billion with the head of the Tong. A person who transfers KRW 3 billion to the head of the Tong. A person who transfers KRW 3 billion to the head of the Tong-gu, may work as the head of the Tong-gu. If he/she is sexually dead, he/she will guarantee the profit of KRW 30 billion.”

However, even if the defendant receives 3 billion won from the victim, he/she is willing to pay 30 billion won to the victim through the training of underground funds.
