Punishment of the crime

On June 12, 2012, at around 21:17, the Defendant: (a) expressed the desire of the police officer, who is a police officer belonging to the Busan District C District of the Busan District of the Police Station, who received a report of a assault case, to “I ambly, I ambling how I amb, I amb, and I ambly do so; and (b) assaulted D on one occasion of drinking, and interfered with the police officer’s legitimate execution of duties with regard to the reporting and withdrawal of 112 report.
