Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

Criminal facts

- Joint Offences B, C, and Defendant A’s co-principal (special assault) around 01:5 on March 14, 2018, around 01:5, at the main point of the trade name “E” located in Daegu Suwon-gu, Daegu-gu, the victim F and G were assaulted by the victim F and G.
