A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Since May 23, 2006, the Defendant, as the actual representative of E in the Gyeongbuk-gun, performed the function of goods supply contract, from around May 23, 2006, to the victim G, the representative director of F Co., Ltd.
