Reasons

Punishment of the crime

On November 23, 2013, at around 08:10, the Defendant driven a rocketing taxi and proceeded at an insular speed from the Gun of Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City to the Gun-based Gun-based Gun-based Gun-based Gun-based Gun-based Gun-do 466-18 lanes.
